Daniel C. Cummings Esq.
Mr. Cummings's practice is exclusively focused on Veterans Disability Benefits, Workers Compensation, and Social Security Disability Law. He is a graduate of Albany Law School. Mr. Cummings was admitted to practice in the New York State Courts in 2011.
Mr. Cummings holds a B.A. in history from Syracuse University. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Cummings was commissioned as an infantry officer in the United States Army. He is a veteran of two separate deployments to Iraq where he served as a platoon leader, company executive officer and advisor for the Iraqi Army. Mr. Cummings separated from the Army to attend law school at the rank of Captain.
